Personalisation itself is not complicated: we send you a form with your ticket invoice, which you are requested to complete or correct and return to us. Tickets can only be sent when we have the data. At this point, we must reiterate that we are only allowed to sell double seats to people from the same household. Depending on which seats you have, various points have to be taken into account when personalising the tickets. Let us illustrate the situation for you with some examples:
a) The simplest case: do you have one ticket, i.e. a single seat? Perfect. You send us the form filled in. We send you your personalised ticket. You have a glorious evening at the Festival.
b) Do you have a double seat and wish to come to the Festival with a person from your household? Again, splendid. You send us the form filled in. We send you your personalised ticket. You and your companion have a wonderful evening at the Festival.
c) Do you have a double seat but the person you wish to come to the Festival with lives in a different household? Please contact us. We shall try to find a solution. Perhaps we can swap your double seat for two single seats. Again, you have a wonderful evening at the Festival.
d) Do you have two tickets for the Festival, but do not wish to come to the performance yourself and would like to give the tickets to someone else or to pass them on? If you have a double seat, please find out whether the people you would like to have the tickets come from a single household. If that is not the case, please contact us: perhaps we can swap the double seat for two single seats. If, on the other hand, you already have two single seats, then everything is fine. Whatever the situation, the tickets have to be personalised. Once that has been done, we dispatch the tickets and the ticket holders have a wonderful evening at the Festival.
These were only four examples: the paths a Festival ticket can travel
from the order to the end of a performance are varied and would fill volumes. If
you have any questions, please phone us. Whatever happens, it is important to think carefully when choosing the seats you order.
